8.4m Stormforce cabin RIB.Powered by 275hp inboard Diesel, fully
kitted out with all Garmin electronic products, suspension seats
for all crew, drop down LCD screens for theory afloat. Whether in
summer riding the waves with the top down, or having complete shelter
from the elements in winter, our versatile RIB is at the leading
edge of powerboating. Our fully kitted out classroom afloat ensures
all course time is spent aboard and not ashore in a classroom.
Equipment aboard includes: colour chart plotter,RADAR,
Fixed DSC VHF radio, handheld VHF, Flares, First Aid kit, EPIRB,SOS
Grab Bag, Foursuspension seats for your comfort (no bouncing around
sitting on tubes!!)
The aim of this course is to provide participants
with the boat handling, seamanship, pilotage and navigation skills
required to drive a planning powerboat safely by day and night in
coastal waters.
This course is for experienced powerboaters only, you must have
navigation to yachtmaster coastal skipper level.

Courses are run at our state of the art multimedia training room
